Chris Duke is a husband, a father, an entrepreneur, a technologist, a voracious learner and generous teacher. From his work in Fortune companies to startups and small businesses, Chris is passionate about mastering new skills, uncovering opportunities and executing real, sustainable, business strategies that generate the most return from the least amount of resources. After earning his MBA at Duke University, Chris founded two companies in the early days of the technology sector including one of the first credit card clearing software applications and a high end computer cabinet that was featured in the Apple Company Store. After that, Chris worked in a variety of technology based companies. During the Dotcom boom years, Chris was at SciQuest (SQI) where he held seven titles in four years, by always saying, yes, I can do that. In 2003, he left to build Annas Gourmet Goodies, an online gift bakery, which he, his wife Debbie, daughter Anna and some dedicated cookie helpers continue to operate today. In addition to Annas Gourmet Goodies, Chris and his business partner are developing a software solution to enhance Google Hangouts using WordPress, Amazon Web Services and Mulesoft.
