Lawrence Harte will speak at the Digital Marketing for Business Conference in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Harte will be presenting on Internet Marketing Basics on May 6, 2014, and on Internet TV and Radio Advertising on May 8, 2014.
Lawrence Harte is the managing director of DiscoverNet – a content marketing system that allows companies to promote their whitepapers, tutorials, guide books, and other problem solving content to people who are seeking solutions. Mr. Harte is also the president of Althos Media (technology books, magazines, and web portals), co-founder of the Digital Marketing for Business conference, and founder of QIC Learning Business and Technology School.
Mr. Harte has authored over 112 books on wireless, TV technology, marketing, and billing systems. He has interviewed over 3,200 companies since 2005 and authored over 600 magazine articles and has worked for leading communications technology companies including Ericsson/General Electric, Audiovox/Toshiba and Westinghouse. College degrees include Executive MBA from Wake Forest University (1995) and a BSET from the University of the State of New York, (1990). Have instructed at and received numerous certificates including TV Technology, Internet Marketing, Mobile Communication, Billing Systems, Dale Carnegie Sales, 360 Leadership, and Public Speaking.
He has been a speaker and moderator at numerous industry trade shows and conferences including CTIA, TelcoTV, IWCE, Telecom Business Opportunities, and many others.
Lawrence Harte has authored articles for magazine publications including Popular Science, Wireless Week, RCR, Cellular Business, Cellular Marketing and others. Wrote a monthly column for two years called “Cellular Marketing Techniques.” The monthly Techniques column explained the business related issues behind key technology innovations that were developing in the telecommunications industry.
He has consulted and been an expert witness for companies including AT&T, Nokia, Google, Hughes Network Systems, Casio, Ericsson, Samsung, Sony, AMD, VLSI, Siemens and others. His specialties include TV Technology, Internet Marketing, Mobile Communication, VoIP, and Billing Systems Analysis and Development.
