Conference Committee-Contact speakers, gather profile information, update website.
Directory Committee-Create directory of 1,000+ marketing service companies in Raleigh area.
Email Committee-Create and manage email campaigns to DMFB participants.
Event Guide Magazine Committee-Produce a show magazine. Gather articles, ads, and other media to create a marketing focused publication in printed and electronic form.
Exhibitor Committee-Set Up and manage exhibitors.
Facebook Marketing Committee-Updating Facebook page, manage FB paid ad campaigns, and FB contests.
Graphics Committee-Create and manage graphics for the event. Includes signage, Internet banners, logos, and other media items.
Internet Advertising-Define, setup, and manage online advertising campaigns – search engine and banner ads.
Linkedin Marketing Committee-Updating Linkedin page, post on DMFB discussion group, and manage Linkedin paid ad campaigns.
Logo Merchandise Committee-Creates DMFB branded items.
Media Partners-Contact media partners, gather media partner content, update website with media partner information.
Mobile App-Define requirements, select platform, and setup a mobile app for the DMFB.
Networking Events-Setup and organize networking activities.
Operations-Help with running the show onsite.
On Site Relations-Coordinate on site relations and media activity.
Partner Promotion-Identify, contact, and manage promotional partners – meetup groups, business networks.
Photo Committee-Take and share photos of DMFB participants and event activities.
Podcast Committee-Gather and post audio content related to DMFB show and sessions.
Public Relations-Create and publish press releases, work with the media.
Registration-Staff Regstration desk, create badges and management procedures.
Search Engine Optimization – SEO -SEO strategy, content recommendations, link building, monitoring and optimizing
Marketing (Formerly Social Media)-Coordinate social media messages related to the show.
Speaker Dinner Committee-Setup restaurant dinners for speakers and small number of guests.
Sponsorships-Find, contact, and coordinate sponsorships.
Surveys and Evaluations-Measure the interests and attendee reviews for the conference.
SWAG bag committee-Coordinate the creation of bags that will be given to all attendees.
Training Committee-Setup and manage 2-3 hour training events.
TV Advertising Committee-Define, setup, and manage Local TV advertising campaigns
Video Committee-Manage the creation and publishing of DMFB related videos – interviews and some live video streaming.
Volunteer Management-Receive requests & approve volunteer candidates, get permissions, and coordinate volunteer meetings.
Volunteer Party Committee-Coordinate the volunteer video party.
Website Committee-Update website with news, sessions, activities, and other information.
Whitepaper Committee-Gather and publish whitepapers to DMFB website.
Workshop Committee-Setup workshop sessions that allow people to participate in learning experiences.
