Cancellations received before April 16th, 2015 are refundable less a $35 refund processing fee.
Cancellations received after April 16th, 2015 are non-refundable.
All registrations are transferrable to other registrants. Please let us know ahead of the transfer so we can have badge waiting for the new registrant

There are no refunds for No-shows.
